Bu gizlilik politikası, "Esmanın Ocağı" mobil uygulamasının ("Uygulama") kullanıcılarının kişisel verilerinin nasıl işlendiğini açıklar. Uygulamayı kullanarak bu politikada açıklanan uygulamaları kabul etmiş olursunuz.
Uygulama, kahve falı temalı, eğlence amaçlı bir üründür. Sunulan fal metinleri kurgusaldır ve yapay zekâ tarafından üretilir; hiçbir şekilde gerçek bir kehanet, tavsiye veya profesyonel danışmanlık niteliği taşımaz.
1. Veri Sorumlusu ve İletişim
Gizlilikle ilgili her türlü soru, talep veya haklarınızı kullanmak için bu e-posta adresinden bize ulaşabilirsiniz.
2. İşlediğimiz Veriler
Uygulama, hizmeti sunmak için gereken en az veriyle çalışacak şekilde tasarlanmıştır. Sizden ad, soyad, e-posta veya telefon gibi bir hesap bilgisi istemeyiz. İşlenen veriler şunlardır:
- Anonim cihaz kimliği: Uygulama ilk açıldığında, cihazınıza özel rastgele bir kimlik numarası (UUID) üretilir ve cihazınızın güvenli deposunda saklanır. Bu numara gerçek kimliğinizle ilişkili değildir; yalnızca geçmiş fallarınızı ve fal haklarınızı cihazınıza bağlamak için kullanılır.
- Girdiğiniz takma ad: Fal metninde size hitap edilebilmesi için girdiğiniz isim. Bu bilgi kimlik doğrulaması için kullanılmaz; gerçek adınızı girmek zorunda değilsiniz.
- Fincan fotoğrafları: Fal için çektiğiniz veya seçtiğiniz fotoğraflar, yalnızca fal üretimi amacıyla sunucularımıza gönderilir ve yapay zekâ tarafından işlenir. Fotoğraflarınız sunucularımızda saklanmaz; işlem tamamlanır tamamlanmaz silinir. Fotoğrafın kendisi hiçbir veritabanına yazılmaz.
- Fal özetleri: Esma'nın önceki fallarınıza gönderme yapabilmesi için, her falın kısa bir metin özeti (semboller ve temalar) ve paylaşılabilir bir alıntısı saklanır. Bu özetler anonim cihaz kimliğinize bağlıdır.
- Kullanım ve çökme verileri: Uygulamanın iyileştirilmesi için anonim kullanım istatistikleri ve teknik hata raporları toplanır. Bu veriler kimliğinizi ortaya çıkarmaz.
3. Verileri Neden İşliyoruz
- Fal hizmetini sunmak (fotoğrafı işleyip fal metni üretmek),
- Geçmiş fallarınızı hatırlayıp kişisel bir deneyim sunmak,
- Ücretsiz ve satın alınan fal haklarınızı takip etmek,
- Uygulamanın hatalarını gidermek ve deneyimi iyileştirmek.
4. Üçüncü Taraflar ve Yurt Dışı Aktarım
Hizmeti sunabilmek için verilerinizin bir kısmı aşağıdaki üçüncü taraf hizmet sağlayıcılarıyla paylaşılır:
- Anthropic (Claude yapay zekâ): Fincan fotoğrafınız ve girdiğiniz takma ad, fal metni üretmek için Anthropic'in yapay zekâ servisine gönderilir. (Sunucular ABD'de.)
- Google Firebase (Analytics ve Crashlytics): Anonim kullanım istatistikleri ve çökme raporları için kullanılır. (Google, ABD.)
- Sunucu barındırma: Uygulamanın arka uç sistemi Almanya'daki sunucularda barındırılır.
Bu nedenle verileriniz, Türkiye dışındaki ülkelerde (Almanya, ABD) işlenebilir. Uygulamayı kullanarak, verilerinizin bu politikada açıklanan amaçlarla yurt dışında işlenmesine açık rıza göstermiş olursunuz.
Verilerinizi hiçbir zaman reklam amacıyla satmayız veya kiralamayız.
5. Verilerin Saklanma Süresi
- Fincan fotoğrafları: Saklanmaz (işlem sonrası anında silinir).
- Anonim cihaz kimliği, fal özetleri ve takma ad: Uygulamayı kullandığınız sürece saklanır.
- Cihazınızdaki verileri, uygulamayı silerek kaldırabilirsiniz. Sunucudaki fal geçmişinizin silinmesini isterseniz, yukarıdaki e-postadan talep edebilirsiniz.
6. Haklarınız
KVKK (6698 sayılı Kanun) ve ilgili mevzuat kapsamında; verilerinize erişme, düzeltme, silinmesini isteme ve işlenmesine itiraz etme haklarına sahipsiniz. Bu haklarınızı kullanmak için nolcay@gmail.com adresinden bize ulaşabilirsiniz.
7. Çocukların Gizliliği
Uygulama 13 yaş ve üzeri kullanıcılar içindir. Bilerek 13 yaşından küçük çocuklardan veri toplamayız.
8. Değişiklikler
Bu politika zaman zaman güncellenebilir. Önemli değişikliklerde güncelleme tarihi değiştirilir. Politikanın güncel hâlini her zaman bu sayfada bulabilirsiniz.

This privacy policy explains how the personal data of users of the "Esmanın Ocağı" mobile application (the "App") is processed. By using the App, you accept the practices described in this policy.
The App is an entertainment product themed around Turkish coffee fortune-telling. The fortune texts are fictional and generated by artificial intelligence; they do not constitute genuine predictions, advice, or professional counsel of any kind.
1. Data Controller and Contact
You may contact us at this email address for any questions or requests regarding privacy, or to exercise your rights.
2. Data We Process
The App is designed to operate with the minimum data necessary to provide the service. We do not ask for account information such as your name, email, or phone number. The data processed is as follows:
- Anonymous device identifier: When the App is first opened, a random identifier (UUID) unique to your device is generated and stored in your device's secure storage. This number is not linked to your real identity; it is used only to associate your past fortunes and fortune credits with your device.
- Nickname you provide: The name you enter so that the fortune can address you. This is not used for authentication; you are not required to enter your real name.
- Coffee cup photos: The photos you take or select for a fortune are sent to our servers solely to generate a fortune and are processed by artificial intelligence. Your photos are not stored on our servers; they are deleted as soon as processing is complete. The photo itself is never written to any database.
- Fortune summaries: So that Esma can refer to your previous fortunes, a short text summary of each fortune (symbols and themes) and a shareable quote are stored. These summaries are linked to your anonymous device identifier.
- Usage and crash data: To improve the App, anonymous usage statistics and technical error reports are collected. This data does not reveal your identity.
3. Why We Process Data
- To provide the fortune service (processing the photo and generating fortune text),
- To remember your past fortunes and offer a personal experience,
- To track your free and purchased fortune credits,
- To fix errors and improve the experience.
4. Third Parties and International Transfer
To provide the service, some of your data is shared with the following third-party service providers:
- Anthropic (Claude AI): Your coffee cup photo and the nickname you provide are sent to Anthropic's AI service to generate fortune text. (Servers in the USA.)
- Google Firebase (Analytics and Crashlytics): Used for anonymous usage statistics and crash reports. (Google, USA.)
- Server hosting: The App's backend system is hosted on servers located in Germany.
Therefore, your data may be processed in countries outside Türkiye (Germany, USA). By using the App, you give your explicit consent to your data being processed abroad for the purposes described in this policy.
We never sell or rent your data for advertising purposes.
5. Data Retention
- Coffee cup photos: Not stored (deleted immediately after processing).
- Anonymous device identifier, fortune summaries, and nickname: Retained for as long as you use the App.
- You can remove the data on your device by deleting the App. If you would like your fortune history on the server deleted, you may request this via the email above.
6. Your Rights
Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 6698) and applicable regulations, you have the right to access, correct, request deletion of, and object to the processing of your data. To exercise these rights, contact us at nolcay@gmail.com.
7. Children's Privacy
The App is intended for users aged 13 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children under the age of 13.
8. Changes
This policy may be updated from time to time. The update date will be changed for significant changes. You can always find the current version of the policy on this page.
